These streaming audio interviews are one-on-one interviews conducted in various live settings and recorded with the coffee business and other relevant professionals.

After you purchase the kit, you will instantly receive access to the streaming audio interviews and a Zip File containing several guides, sample templates, etc. The file formats come in MP4, PDF, MS Word, and Excel. Additionally, you will be notified of any relevant updates.

Both kits are delivered digitally via a download link. The guide is NOT delivered physically.  This is a digital-only product.

Once I purchase the kit, how can I listen to the audio files?

The audio interviews can be accessed directly via your computer, smartphone, or internet device.

Once you click play, they will be streamed directly to you. There is no need to download the audio files as they are always accessible to you anytime and anywhere.

The PDF, Excel, and MS Word files can be downloaded via the same download link. They are located in the Zip file.

Do I get physical CDs (Compact Discs), tapes, or books?

No. At this time, we do not mail out physical products.

To confirm: We do not deliver this product physically by mail or post. This is a digital-only product, available via download and streaming.
