Good Morning from Rebel House Coffee in Santa Fe, New Mexico

I just wanted to thank you for being such a great source of information, which ultimately helped us open our coffee shop. I purchased your startup kit, and my son and I have used it as our step-by-step guide, starting with the business plan, which we followed and presented to the Mall. The information and templates you provide are invaluable, and I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful service you provide. I'm sure you already know that, but I just wanted you to hear it from us. We weren't even sure where to start until we received your kit.

My son worked as a Barista for 17 years in Santa Fe all over town, and his goal was always to have a coffee shop of his own – and thanks to you, he was able to get there! We officially opened on December 15, 2017, and we are going strong. Rebel House Coffee is an inline coffee shop at the Santa Fe Place Mall, and my son just signed a long-term lease for 10 years.

Our space has an upstairs mezzanine, and the upstairs is due to open on November 1, 2018; currently, only the downstairs area is being utilized. We had to gut and remodel when we first moved in. I've attached a few photos to give you an idea of what we look like now.
