I just wanted to thank you for being such a great source of information which ultimately helped us open our coffee shop.  I purchased your startup kit and my son and I have used it as our step by step guide, starting with the business plan which we followed and presented to the Mall.  The information and templates you provide are invaluable and I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful service you provide.  I'm sure you already know that, but I just wanted you to hear it from us.  We weren't even sure where to start until we received your kit.
