Responsibility for Coaching Clients and Customers:

Customers, clients, and readers of this site and all of its services and products agree and accept full responsibility for themselves and their business choices and will hold Coffee Shop Startups and its publishers and employees harmless from any cause of action, claim, or harm arising from utilizing the information accessed through this website and affiliated websites, including but not limited to materials purchased, downloaded, as well as email correspondence, and coaching sessions.

Starting a coffee business is risky. The buyer or purchaser understands that while knowledge can increase the odds of success, there are no guarantees. The buyer or any user of the information within the website or affiliated websites, blog, communications, or any purchased material will NOT hold Coffee Shops Startups or its publisher(s) responsible in any way. You, the buyer, understand that starting a business is risky, and you accept full responsibility for your actions. Refund Eligibility:

Generally, we do not provide refunds for coaching services already rendered. However, if you haven't used your coaching time, refunds are eligible within the first 7 days only from the date of purchase.  A refund is at the sole discretion of Coffee Shop Startups. 

 

Refund Process:

Clients seeking a refund for unused time – a client must submit a written request via email to contact@coffeeshopstartups.com or through the Teachable Dashboard within the eligible refund period.

 

Refund Considerations:

Refund requests will be thoroughly reviewed, and the decision to issue a refund will be at the sole discretion of Coffee Shop Startups.

Coffee Shop Startups reserves the right to refuse a refund if it is determined that the client's concerns can be addressed through additional coaching sessions or alternative solutions.

 

Partial Refunds:

In certain cases, a partial refund may be considered based on the number of coaching sessions already completed. This decision is also at the sole discretion of Coffee Shop Startups.

 

Refund Notification:

Clients will be notified of the decision regarding their refund request within 14 business days of receiving the request.

Refund Process Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the notification of approval.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

** Refunds will not be provided for sessions that have already been conducted.

Clients are responsible for any transaction fees associated with the original purchase.
